The Design Process

 

 

The first step to any design project is the consultation. During this meeting we will discuss the project

scope of work, including: the project specifications needed, goals for the project, budget requirements,

completion deadline, and all creative direction you wish to provide. I encourage clients to bring all

design ideas and samples they have collected related to the project being discussed. Initial consultations

(up to 60 minutes) are offered Free of Charge and can be conducted in-person, over the phone, or via Skype.

 

Within 2-3 business days of the consultation, you will receive a detailed estimate. Once the signed estimate is returned the work begins. I will request all project assets (high quality images, text, logos) at one time and in their final draft form with clear directions. Once all assests are received, I will begin work on your project. Throughout the design process I will stay in contact via email, phone and/or Skype. Unlimited rounds for review and revision are offered until a finalized product is reached. 

 

When your project is complete, I will request that you sign a job completion form and submit the remaining balance due for your project.

 

For large projects ($200 and above)

I request that you sign the estimate and Design Service Agreement. For most graphic design projects a 50% deposit is required. Photo products and other specialty promotional products may require a larger deposit or payment upon order. All required deposit and payment schedules will be listed on your estimate.
